Some of the details of this story seem a bit off. The dates are different than from other sources. Also things like having 11 in a wagon to cross the plans. From what I have heard the wagons were for carrying freight and the sick. Everyone else walked. Also the story says they slept on the deck crossing the ocean. I think that is highly unusual. Maybe that was on the small boats or steamer that they came from different part of England which wouldn't be unusual.
