Home of John James with wife Emily Alvira Hoyt (37° 16'36" N, 112° 38'25" W). His other wife (Harriet Leonara Allen) lived around the corner in a house that is not still standing (about 37° 16'33" N, 112 38'24" W).

Looking back toward Orderville from the South. When Willard was about 12 years old he was driving a wagon towards home. Some other horses in a nearby field spooked the horses about here on the road and they ran into Orderville and were stopped by men in the street near the church house.

This is where the irrigation ditch used to run behind the house (Henry Esplin home) where I grew up. People in Orderville called it "the big ditch."

Ranch house in Rubes Canyon. Israel Esplin's family lived here during the summer. Willard helped to build this house.
